      Salary is okay but not great. MD was good to work with.

      Cons

      Manager with zero experience, promotes nepotism (which there are clear policies against.) Builds personal relationships and is unable to act in her role as manager to her "buddy". This creates a miserable morale throughout the limited staff. Everyone complains about it but doesn't address due to fear of retaliation. Does not try to resolve personnel issues as her "buddy" doesn't like to. Has had an excellent long term employee resign specifically due to this. She is even able to excuse her *buddy" from mandatory trainings or even abuse by "call out policy". Makes others cover her "buddy" leaving their coworkers short who come to work every day. Is fully aware that staff are being made to work through lunch for free! One nurse hasn't had a lunch break in over a year. Sad as this is a small practice with a lot of potential that she is obstructing.

      Pros

      The training was good. I went in with no experience and within 2 weeks I was feeling very comfortable. Very organized company. The PTO system is straightforward and fair.

      Cons

      You have to be extremely punctual.
