Generous Paid Time Off right out of the gate.

Cons

Low compensation compared to other remote opportunities, they pay only regional market rates not competitive rates against other remote jobs. Management is all over the place. The system is broke thanks to mismanagement after covid.

I have many years of Healthcare experience and Mercy hospital has to be one of the best places I've worked. Staff is caring and very friendly to everyone, including each other which is rare in bigger hospitals. Everyone knows each others names and are willing to help you out. Benefits are above average. Management is willing to do what is necessary to keep all aspects of the facility in top condition.

Cons

Hospital is cramped and space is at a premium.
