      Looks good on the outside but....

      Pros

      -great experience on 911 calls and rural EMS -decent scope of practice -plenty of opportunities for overtime

      Cons

      -favoritism among management -lack of empathy among management -punishing good employees and praising bad employees -HR is a joke -will hire and clear anyone with a pulse -naive and clueless management

      Pros

      Left alone. Can sit around doing nothing because management won't do anything about it. Able to listen to music while working with one ear bud. This is a really good job to get into the hospital and leave at your 6 month mark.

      Cons

      Sexual harassment doesn't get taken seriously. You have to do the work of 10 people to pick up slack. Management doesn't listen to a single thing you say. You will be bullied and retaliated against for going to HR. If you are pregnant you will be expected to push and lift 100+lbs items and told to suck it up.

      Pros

      Generous Paid Time Off right out of the gate.

      Cons

      Low compensation compared to other remote opportunities, they pay only regional market rates not competitive rates against other remote jobs. Management is all over the place. The system is broke thanks to mismanagement after covid.
