      Pros

      Primary Care. The staff is great to work with. Little to no drama. This is a lower socioeconomic area which creates its own challenges, but 98% of patients are kind and friendly. Built-in administrative time. Built-in lunch time. Physician call schedule seems reasonable. Not sure how my pay compares to others in a similar role.

      Cons

      Recommend getting the higher insurance plan instead of the base.

      Pros

      Helping people, if you get a good location the staff can be nice, independence in your work day.

      Cons

      Low pay, not enough staff, constant complaints vs "good job", new hires get paid more and they don't make you feel valued.

      Great place to work! No micro management! Everyone is pleasant, friendly, happy, and always will to help a coworker.

      Cons

      Pay is a little lower then other places but the environment makes up for it.
