Northern Light is too focused on the wrong things. Goals should be patient outcome driven not politically driven. Lacks sustainable doctors and nurses. Employees do not stay. Company lacks professional healthcare administrative support.

They work you to death, don’t expect to sit down at all during your 12 hour shift and the nurses don’t help at all except for a few good ones. You have 10 patients at night and 7 in the morning and they require a lot of care and if you do pediatrics expect 12 and doing the desk.
