Cons
-Key benefits like PTO accrual rate was reduced recently. -Cap halved recently on allowed PTO accrual. -Woke politics hurting the company. Many were fired in a vax mandate they asked the Govonor to enact. Now the budget is being destroyed by expensive travellers. Now they cannot afford to keep up with inflation for wages. - Woke politics shoved in employees faces through the year via email podcasts and required videos. -CEO consistently promoting liberal politics. - DEI director promoting woke politics, carefully so far. -Barebone staffing ruins what would be a fun fulfilling job. Causes burn out and injuries. - Multiple rounds of job cuts during my years. Job security is never there for some roles. -Insurance basically forces you to use NLH healthcare which has a poor reputation, frequently poor outcomes, or is unavailable due to shortages. - Cerner EMR is terrible to use. Very buggy and inefficient.
