Management is very disconnected with what working is really like on the floor and every department is low on employees. Just can't keep staff.

Company expects loyalty but will not provide it. Worked through the entirety of the Covid-19 pandemic and got a 0% raise. asked other departments and coworkers and it was essentially the same. Everyone worked hard and stuck through it for nothing. Moving up the ladder is tedious and unlikely. there are a lot of people in kahoots with each other and if you're not part of the inner circle it will be difficult to go up. Would recommend getting a degree or certification and finding better employment elsewhere. Upper management will start multiple poorly planned projects and expect the workers to adjust to their mistakes. During this time the work is beyond unreasonable and will require extra hours and stress.
