Pros

Lot of options for upskilling and training.

Cons

Highly regulated environment and compliance and security is the highest priority. Technology adoption rate can slow down to some extend due to this.

Pros

Health Insurance Salary... that's about it

Cons

Awful culture top to bottom with pointless middle managers. 0 training or support for new starters with contradictory rules being shared simultaneously. Management consistently moves the goalposts to validate poor reviews and pushing blame on to junior staff. Managers will offer 0 support but then ridicule you in front of other staff despite requesting their support. Very clear boys club in which if you're a favourite you can get away with anything despite incompetence and 0 work effort or knowledge. Latest example was staff being made redundant, despite much poorer performers in their team. Executive that they do not even report into gave the news without advising any of their managers. Staff member was made redundant a month ago and there has been 0 acknowledgement or announcement with management just saying they're not allowed to speak on it.
