      Managers can make or break your experience here, and fortunately, I was lucky to work with genuinely supportive managers who constantly challenged and motivated me to improve and deliver better results every day. The company offers plenty of learning opportunities across different processes and domains. No one stops you from exploring or learning new things. If you have the vision, curiosity, and zeal to understand concepts deeply and deliver quality service to clients, there is a lot you can achieve here.

      Cons

      The HR experience has been disappointing. My employment records in the internal system were incorrect from my first tenure, and despite multiple follow-ups, no one seemed ready to take ownership of resolving the issue. I was initially informed that the records had been corrected, but after rejoining the company three years later, I discovered the issue still existed and the team still did not know how to fix it. This level of inefficiency was unexpected from a U.S. bank with over 200 years of history!
