Some managers are nice, some r bad. Not too busy depending on ur team.

Cons

Too many managers that dont do much and there is constant under currents between teams because of bad management from top level. Because top level managers all old and all soon to be retired, they care less and less the closer to their retirement year. Current ceo like the rest only care about feeding himself the big $ and dont care about company. I met old ceo when I joined and he was much nicer person and dedicated person and to be respected. HR dept is just an insect attached to the company they only protect managers not the rest people.

Pros

Work/life balance is very good. Many of the employees are very good to work with. Doesn't mean they know what they are doing.

Cons

15 years ago there was Employee stock ownership plan, pension, 401(k) with matching, profit sharing and low pay. Now, no ESOP, no profit sharing, 401(k) matching has been decreased, pension has been decreased and still low pay. There is no reason to work there unless you don't want to be held accountable for anything. Employee moral is at rock bottom.

Excellent work life balance..peaceful work atmosphere..not much of work pressure..overall an excellent place 2 work if peace of mind is your 1st priority n career n monetary benefits take a back seat

Cons

Certain managers are extremely biased n narrow minded...very partial..compensation is not great..bonus is pathetic ..will ruin people's career based on personal grudges..
