      Good pay for fresher in the market

      Cons

      Pathetic as you grow up in the organization when compared to market. Salary changes department to department which is not fair Profits of the organization generally goes down in 4th quarter and the same reason is put across for less bonus Bonus has always decreased year on year and something has to be looked into by the Management HR Still advices that the pay from the company is the best, in reality when we have other competitors who pay still high
