Junior hikes are next to nothing, while managers take home huge bonuses. 5. Installed invasive tools to track your every single minute and run the place with zero trust.

No female senior execs in Asset Management in London or Amsterdam. Some senior leaders do not behave professionally. Lack of accountability - lacklustre performance is ok - as long as you agree with everything senior management say.
