- Flexible - Learned a lot - Amazing direct supervisor - I was happy going to work.

Cons

- Culture at times is negative (racial undertones/passive aggressive communication - but minimal. Also may be different now.) - Part timers get looked down upon. - No room for growth. Good place to start but don’t get stuck. - Worst part is the pay in comparison to everywhere else.

Leadership at VP and president level is awful. Pres. has two votes of no confidence. Chancellor won't make change in leadership. Climate has become very toxic under this president, provosts, and VPs.
