Pros

Great benefits, good people, work on cutting edge technology in the world of defense.

Cons

They are slow to adopt new software technology, methods and ways of working. Also Lots of young talent leave due to being offered higher salaries in other places.

Pros

I like the people who work here Coworkers are friendly Collaborative environment Interesting projects and room for growth

Cons

Risk of niche knowledge: let’s say you’re on the team that designs new vacuums. You risk becoming an expert at this specific bathroom, and not growing much code-wise also parking is bad but whatever Company loyalty isn’t necessarily rewarded, hop teams internally or companies for market rate comp
