There is a lot of emphasis on having a degree instead of the amount of experience a person has.

Good Pay, Good Hours, benefits if you are a corporate employee.

Cons

Very expensive benefits if you work under SCA contract. They do you give you an extra wage per hour but that will not cover the benefit costs. Also, PTO times vary between SCA and non-SCA employees.
