Pros
People are wonderful, expectations are reasonable, and WLB is decent (PTO + 9/80 schedule, reasonable hours).
Cons
Career advancement is incredibly slow, with many people in technical positions (or even entire teams) qualified for two promotions and not getting it. The technology used is also very behind the times, particularly in the way they manage data. Getting access to internal information requires clearing countless bureaucratic hurdles (though way better than what I saw at Boeing). Space in buildings often inadequate.
