Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits, relaxed work environment, reasonable tasking. The team environment is pretty good but the recognition of staffing capabilities doesn't exist. The company absorbed multiple smaller corporations and is still absorbing the multiple cultures. They are really trying but they are just not in good touch with their staff.
Cons
no career ladder, management unaware of technical capabilities of staff, crisis management of staff,Communication is management speaking to the technical staff. There is excellent talent within the corporation but there is little attempt to take advantage of previous or current skills. Technical talent is considered interchangeable without considering positive or negative skills.
