Location good to highways for Northside Atlanta Hospital

Cons

All fields are very micro managed. Supervisors are not all skilled for the role and lack confidence in themselves because of it and this is taken out on employees. The pay here is low and annual reviews are a joke and you do not get raises. You wear to many hats for your perspective role so overworked and underpaid is the company theme. They send tons of emails to get current staff to review there employment online to meet a good workplace goal but its manufactured from my experience and those who i knew experience. This is a very smile in your face employer and stab you in the back reality. Be warned Northside is known as previous employer on many resumes because they can not retain employees.

I started at the end of 2020. I was given very good training to use the Centricity payment posting system. Almost all of our training was done online via SKYPE or ZOOM. Shortly after the office was closed due to the pandemic. We have worked from home ever since that time.

Cons

At the end of 2023, I was given training to use with the Centricity payment posting system. The training that was given was too fast. After a few months, we were correcting the actions of the new software that posts payments.
