Pros
I have been an employee of Northside Hospital for 7 years and I have to say that it is a good place to work. The pay is good, benefits are good, and I feel that I am contributing on my job. I was in the Business Office for five of these years and it was a big difference moving onto another department. Northside does have some of the nicest executives you ever want to meet! No really, they do!!! Middle management is questionable.
Cons
It is very competitive and it is too many people, leads, supervisors, managers, etc. Also, raises are a joke.
