-disorganized management -relatively few good managers -short training for a service that is very complex -management does not seem to care about turnover, even if problems persist

Our Phone Clerk training varies by department, but training is typically 7-10 days and new associates receive a training plan as part of their onboarding process. Pros

The people are nice and helpful. One con for being strict with timekeeping is that whenever necessary, you get paid for overtime by the minute.

Cons

Very traditional old school office setting with strict rules -- was not allowed to wear earphones while working, had to clock in and out for breaks and couldn't be late for more than a few minutes.
