Sadly there are also coworkers who are "favorites" of the current Micromanagement Team. Even if the management team does feel they are playing favorites, it is perceived that way by others. We are all professionals and should be treated equally and with respect. The morale of the team is very low, with many actively searching for better opportunities elsewhere. There is a lot of knowledge and experience that will be lost when these tenured teammates leave, and they are leaving. I strongly feel that a majority of the team strives hard to complete their work in a timely manner. Many have put in extra time (no overtime pay for salaried employees) and effort to help meet goals and deadlines and are not even rewarded with a simple "Thank you." I cannot, in good conscious recommend working for Northwest Administrators.

The management does not care about you or anything you do. Even if you are salaried they try to limit the amount of breaks you take or when you have to come to work. They will talk to you if you are 5 minutes late...we don't see of our Employers at the office. Management loves to play games, have favorites and are attention whores. They try to make themselves seem superior by nitpicking at any of the reports you write. For example, one of the reports that was returned because I didn't spell out 9. Really that is their only strength. They suck at actually managing people and cannot inspire people. They maintain control through fear and persecution.
