Toxic Culture

Pros

Good paying. 3 offices in Seattle area. Flexible (ish) schedules.

Cons

Incompetent leadership, uncaring owner, and micromanagement environment. To be clear, there are 2 groups here as this is a union office. Union employees have good benefits. Non-union employees have not good benefits. Be prepared for high-school drama and bickering. Be prepared for leadership who just want the job done even if you do a crappy job.

Benefits are decent. Work isn't very stressful.

Cons

Management pinches pennies at every corner, company culture is non existent, and the rules are very old fashioned.
