      Pros

      The people I worked with is amazing. It was a "we are all in this together" vibe. It was constantly busy at the store where I worked, so I was hardly bored. There is a wonderful bonus at the end of the year.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be a lot of emotional manipulation and SL will either make or break your experience.

      I enjoyed my time at Nouria because of relatively fun atmosphere and positive interactions with coworkers. Honestly, I acknowledge that the work environment can vary significantly depending on the store and its leadership.

      Cons

      The irregularity in my weekly schedule, with some weeks having ample hours and others only offering one or two days of work, was difficult to navigate.
