      Pros

      I’ve only been with the company for a little over a year and I’ve already received more recognition than at any other job I’ve ever worked. Management don’t just sit in their offices with the door shut, they actually come out and engage with us and notice when we’re putting in real effort. Because of the culture here and the way things are run, I feel confident that I will get everything I deserve and more if I stay with the company.

      Cons

      To me, cons are reasons to consider leaving and I don’t have any of those.

      Pros

      The leadership team at Nouria Energy is one of the best I’ve ever worked under. You can tell right away that they know what they’re talking about from personal experience, which makes it a lot easier to trust their judgement and follow their lead. Working under those guys is one of the things I miss the most now that I’m gone.

      Cons

      I don’t have any complaints whatsoever. If I hadn’t had to move, I’d still be working here today and I’d be very happy about that.
