      -Great Place for younger people to get started -Overtime opportunities always available, whether at your location or another -Promotion/advancement opportunities exist for those that want them

      Cons

      -Lack of Full crews at stores leads to being overworked at times -Time off Requests can be hard to get accepted -District management often has no clue what really happens in stores, yet makes policies about them.

      First team when employed was incredible and kind. You wanted to work because of them. Local customers are nice overall.

      Less than other competitors Corporate Management that feels like they don't care about your well being High employee turnover Company focuses on expansion of new stores not fully staffing and serving current ones. Was robbed once; HR was more concerned about losses than my well being
