Pros

The benefits ain’t bad. Health and 401k with affordable premiums. There are multiple incentives to work hard and succeed. I’m on track towards a managerial position. It all comes down to consistency and dedication. Show them that you want to build a future at this company and they’ll be more than happy to to move you up the food chain when a position becomes available.

Cons

It’s a long hard grind to the top.

Diverse culture You will find many races and a good mix of the sexes. Nouria does not discriminate. Professional opportunities Build a career from the ground up. Everyone starts at the bottom but it’s possible to move up until you land at a respectable position. Meet interesting people You never know who’s going to walk through those doors. Regulars are the best! Good work/life balance You won’t become a slave to the company. You work your set hours and then you go home. Not saying you won’t be required to work overtime but it’s never to the point of robbing you of family time.

The Nouria store is a comfortable work environment. Ideal for younger people interested in a steady paycheck. You’ll learn good customer service skills. The more efficient you are creating a comfortable environment for customers the more you’ll be recognized by the management.

Cons

Dealing with the general public is a pain. Some people are rude and impatient for no reason.
