Pros

I’m blown away by how quickly the company responded to COVID and gave us all the supplies and training we needed to continue doing our jobs safely. They went above and beyond and I personally appreciate that I was still able to have work and make money when so many people around the country were worrying about how to pay their bills.

Cons

There’s more to do to keep everything up to standard now that we’ve added the COVID measures, but it’s worth it in my opinion.

Pros

Management care about the staff. This has been most evident during the COVID outbreak where employee and customer safety has been prioritized. There’s a clear line of progression. If you work hard enough you WILL get that promotion/raise. You may not get it as quickly as you would have liked but one hallmark of working at Nouria Energy is that hard working staff are always rewarded.

Cons

Employee morale has been especially low in light of the pandemic.

Pros

They never cut your hours out of the blue. You’ll always get the same amount (if not more) every single week. Managers are great at working with your schedule and helping you fit in other things you need to do, like take your kid to the doctor or something. Just all around a great company to work for.

Cons

Hours are long, but they’re there for the taking if you need more.
