Pros

Depending if you do overnights or not there's not a lot of work to be done that takes forever so you can take long breaks while waiting for customers to come in. Lots of down time.

Cons

The company does not care about their employees whatsoever. Numerous employees were promised promotions or raises and never received them or waited months and months to get that promotion. Overwork you for long hours because they hire anyone who walks in the door so the regular employees are forced to waste their time training newbies who end up quitting in the first 2 weeks while you're stuck working everyday slaving away. There was one store that had a mold problem for 8 months and the Department of Public Health was forced to come in and demand they fix the problem because Nouria didn't care to fix it. That's people lives at risk getting sick while they did nothing about it. A customer had to call and report it before Nouria did anything about it. Management can't stand this company and nobody who works here either. Everybody complains about them for how ridiculous they treat employees.

Great company with proven solid background. Owner has been in this business for 26 years.

None to speak of. Great atmosphere and team.
