I was new to asset management before I joined Nova Asset Management. They have smart people who like to do some challenging tasks. Opportunities exist internally. As an individual you can’t go there. You need to work under a team and work accordingly. Your opinions are listened but not recommend for company growth. Learned a lot about asset management, good company to start your career

I was working in Nova Asset Management for nearly 1 year. Everything is absolutely amazing: the people, the office, the culture, the experiences, and all the other things I didn't mention. Good people,Good atmosphere, Great benefits, Overall it is a great place to work.
