They are the best asset management firm in Houston. They know what they are dealing with and spend a good time to understand the requirements of the client. I have worked with the team and they are really polite and professional.

Easy relaxed coworker environment, friendly staff. The people that work at the different properties are very nice.

Cons

High workload, if you're proactive, you will be doing the work of 2-3 people without any salary adjustment
