You will get a paycheck.

Cons

Benefits are nothing special. No accountability for the unprofessional, immature, disrespectful treatment of colleagues. Daily verbal abuse. HQ is dark, dated and in disrepair. Modern technology in product, but not in infrastructure. Many new employees aren't even staying a year. Very "top down" culture resistant to change. Very political. No/very little flexibility on remote working.

good subsidized lunch working 9-5 is totally possible

Cons

building is falling apart employees aren't appreciated that much distinct divide of rich vs poor in the white collar vs manufacturing jobs interior is out of the 70s
