They treat you right, but very old school

Pros

Management is good on Ops side, business is pretty steady, company is growing. Decent healthcare options. Internal opportunities are always popping up, so moving from my one group to another is pretty common.

Cons

Very old school, owners refuse to modernize. A lot of the equipment and tools used looks like they were plucked straight from the 80s. No sick days given.
