      Good Base Employees. Managers and upper people are all trash

      Cons

      Bad food. Rude cafeteria Ladies. Sexual Harassment from SENIOR GROUP LEADERS. Terrible Growth. Terrible communication. Forklift drivers smoking weed on the job. terrible all around. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PROFILED.

      Very stable business with strong organic growth

      Pros

      As a private company we do not see ebbs and flows of co-workers as it is the case in publicly traded companies. Very good work-life balance. Practically this line of business (computerized diagnostic devices for hospitals) is crisis-proof and recently called essential during pandemic. Standard benefits, but the leadership cares for the employee more than any.

      Cons

      None that I cane think of when comparing to typical public corporations.
