      Decent commission structure, good time off benefits

      Cons

      Corporate sales trainers have a lot to say about employment status for sales persons. The sales cycles are long and Nova blood gas is definitely just a me too product. No real competitive advantage. The service department for customers is a joke.

      How many directors, managers, and all these other big salary people do we need? -Pay your employees more -Rampant favoritism -Many incompetent people -Many people doing barely anything while good workers are always busy -If you're a good worker, you just get rewarded with more work! -Low performers are never fired, they just let them do practically nothing -Suggesting anything to upper management is like talking to a wall, they are stuck in the past.
