-World class products with a passionate company culture -Work life balance which creates high level of commitment and service in the company -Great opportunity to grow and learn a lot while getting to work with people who truly care -Fun, friendly, environment with good benefits where people are happy to come to work -Company cares about its employees and built an excellent scholarship program for students of Nova's employees

Cons

-Working from home-it's not always critical to be physically in the office to be effective and get the job done, it would be nice to offer work from home benefits! -Unlimited PTO-innovative companies are offering unlimited PTO to professional employees, might not be a bad idea to look into that as a benefit

Compensation is below average. Location isnt great. Cant work from home.

Training is decent at best. The Accounting department works as a team, very friendly. Nice café, good people easy environment. Good parking . Very friendly workers, open honest and hard working.

Cons

Below average compensation. No option to work remotely.
