      Nice people. Interesting business and customers clientele.

      Cons

      Management don't provide thorough training plans. Pile on numerous people's jobs with minimal pay. No pensions set up despite advertising position with it.

      Pros

      None only the cafeteria. There’s nothing good about working here. One of the worst companies I have worked for in my entire life.

      Cons

      A McDonald’s employee gets paid more than Nova employees. We make medicine for gods sake not burgers. The employees are under pay and worked to the bone. Management yells at them for anything like if they are stupid. They are treated like slaves. The only people that stay to work here are immigrants who know little to no English and can’t get a better job. Many people leave before a year of being in the company.
