Friendly working environment, steady growing pace, very great dining cafe with delicious and affordable food, very little pressure overall.

Cons

Very old operation style, management is arrogant and no efficient, few opportunity for career development, less competitive payment and moderate benefit, do not care about the employee's personal growth.

Kind Friendly environment that really cares about it's employees. Ice Cream socials, Employee bonuses, Thanksgiving & Christmas dinners, outdoor BBQ's

Cons

Sometimes they grow so much they run out of parking spaces & have to arrange for Offsite parking alternatives but they compensate for that also!
