Pros

Direct manager was a great guy. Always willing to help employees learn and develop. Good group of people.

Cons

No real opportunities for growth or advancement. Besides operators, the manufacturing group was very small so there was very little interaction between departments. Manufacturing facility is distant from headquarters and R&D so there is minimal interaction and almost no culture.

Laid back company. If you do your job nobody will give you a hard time. Flexible hours, can keep airline/hotel miles.

Cons

Compared to other companies they don't pay very wel. They act as though you should feel grateful to work for such a wonderful company.
