      Pros

      Benefits and salary ok. Training is decent at best.

      Cons

      If you want to be micromanaged then take the job. If you enjoy to be harassed and threatened take the job. Management is way out of line. The company measures your performance based on quantity of calls not quality. No strategies provided by management. This is not a good place to work.

      Pros

      This is a very comfortable company to work for in that the job is very secure. Easy going environment.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. The top 15 people in the company are making out like bandits while they exploit the rest.

      Contributing to the healthcare industry in a meaningful way. Dynamic, fast paced work environment. Great people. Lots of latitude.

      Cons

      Nova has a bit of an old school business mentality. Sometimes there are overly aggressive schedules to contend with.
