      Pros

      Great technology. Great owners. Has the products to help patients but only thinks dollars and markets differently. No customer service.

      Cons

      Bad sales management. Environment is hostile and negative. Middle management does not know products very well. Large turn over of staff, especially sales. Burn out! Employees are always watching their backs. This is a bad environment to be successful in.

      Pros

      Compensation decent. Good location. Subsidized cafeteria. Friendly work culture. A great way to get experience with a growing industry. Generous vacation and retirement plans that encourage retention. PLENTY of overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      Strong workaholic culture at all levels. Very poor training, coupled with an unreasonable expectation that you be completely versed in all of the company's operations from day one. The culture is very resistant to change and reliant on institutional memory -- processes are outdated, undisciplined, and undocumented.
