Company culture is friendly, professional, and above all pretty transparent. Being a mid-sized company makes it feel more like my efforts are actually meaningful and impactful as opposed to working for a major company and feeling like a little cog in the machine.

Cons

Training for my role is difficult, but leadership recognized this and hired another person to help with the process. Time zones can be an issue due to HQ being in Israel.

Pros

Great people collaborating toward one goal to meet company objectives. Everyone have the ability to speak up and be heard by management in Fremont. Leaders are transparent and empower employees to challenge and embrace what they want to do and grow with the company.

Cons

There are business processes struggle with HQ in Israel and cultural difference which makes people in US feels uneasy at times but it's a gap that every global company will go through. The company does recognize and is trying to make changes.
