Mostly good people. Not good PTO or stocks.

Cons

Loudest person in the room gets their way even if it's not the best idea. 3 weeks of PTO for new hires, but 4 weeks of shutdown. Therefore you don't get to choose when to take your vacations. No RSU program posted. No ESPP being considered.

Thank you for your feedback. If you feel you are not being heard in a room with your team, please consider speaking with your manager and communicating your ideas this way. For the Shutdowns/PTO, you accrue up to 15 days your first three years, but are capped at 25, so you can have up to 5 weeks of PTO in your account. For the shut downs, you do not have to take them, if you are planning another vacation in the future. These are planned so everyone can take a vacation and not feel burnt out. As for RSUs, we do grant them to certain positions, depending on performance and tenure in the company. If you have any further questions on these matters, feel free to speak with your manager or HR. Bad directors. Don’t care about the employees needs. Don’t appreciate hard work. Don’t know how to evaluate the employees. No technologies. Low salary. Bonus depends on the director and not on your real performance.
