      Many interesting challenges but imbalance life work ratio

      Pros

      Enjoy the challenge and friendly colleagues. Training course in Israel is good. Except salary, many small benefits is good, including healthcare, holiday gifts, etc...

      Cons

      Below average salary and long working hours. It seems you can reply any questions, but actually no many way to discuss them. It will like a coin drop into ocean, then disappear.

      Not very Good place to work. ReVera incorporated was acquired by Nova. Since then things have gone from ok to worse.

      Pros

      Most employees are friendly, once in a while Employees organize their own pot luck bbqs at the parking lot, nice food and employees enjoy it.

      Cons

      Low salaries and no opportunities to grow professionally (US branch). Management is slow in hiring and current employees have lots pressure to do more than their job to fill those gaps. Extremely low merit increases

      Salary on the low side, very poor benefits (no stock purchase plan, no stock options, no medical insurance), very poor work/life balance, no career path.
