Great people - feels like family. Opportunity to learn new things. Good HR. Even a small voice will be heard, "no distance" with the direct management.

Cons

The work/life balance is not that good. Stressful work periods.

The company supplies the semiconductor fabs with optical metrology equipment, and thus is appealing to guys from physics, materials, microelectronics, and chemistry department. You can also enjoy a good work-life balance here.

Cons

The product of the company is monotonous, not diverse. Maybe it will suffer the difficulty in the future.
