- Opportunity to dive deep into technical problems - Freedom to use any open-source technologies you wish - Standing desks - Quiet office environment with cubes: not an open-office concept - Steady work pacing: no Agile Theater - Great 401k package managed by Vanguard (employer match vests after 30 days) - Fair salary and benefits package - Friendly co-workers who take attention to software quality

Cons

- No extravagant amenities (could really use a ping-pong table for breaks) - No remote work options
