      Pros

      Novagard is a great company to work for. Coworkers are friendly and everyone works together. Each department has great managers who want you to succeed. Employees are overall happy with their job which you cannot say about many companies. It is a refreshing workplace to be in.

      Pros

      If you work hard and do your best they will "reward" you. People that can handle alot of stress and disrespect might go far here.

      Cons

      Too many meetings and too many "big wigs" not handling business while the little guy on the floor struggles to make things happen.
