      Pros

      Good Benefits Mostly had a work family feel Tuition Reimbursement A lot of chances to learn and grow in your career. Great teamwork

      Cons

      Manager seemed to play favorites High turnover Communication between departments, staff members and managers wasn’t always what it needed to be for a smooth and safe transfer of care and or a productive and confident relationship between employee and employer.

      My honest opinion

      Pharmacy technician

      Pros

      Pay is great depending on how you rank in the Tech ladder. Tech 4 pays the most. Entry level starts at minimum wage.

      Cons

      Not a great work/life balance. Mandatory to work every other weekend & holidays. Schedule varies and often very inconsistent.

      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, compensation based on area for a living wage, very reasonable.

      Cons

      Sometimes assignments were too heavy, too many patient with too many totals but this was rare.
