      Pros

      I’m really trying hard to think of something nice to say… Overall the staff is nice and really try. Just a bunch of trauma bonded trying to stay afloat.

      Cons

      Extremely unorganized. The par rooms are never stocked. There is supplies everywhere. Pyxis (5 total) are never stalked. Gurney beds line the hallways, in every nook there is a bed. Very dirty. Not safe at all. No support. Inappropriate assignments/ratios. Majority of RN’s <2 yrs experience. Great place to lose your nursing license.
