Pay is atrocious - half of my pay goes to rent. New grads are routinely being offered bonuses and a higher base wage than experienced nurses. Insurance offered is terrible 403b doesn’t match for first year or vest until 3 Chronic understaffing met with bandaid traveler contracts - nurses making $4600 a week while most of us barely clear $1k No ancillary help. As the RN you are nurse, CNA, dietary, tech support, etc Stingy with PDO - rate is actually okay but you can’t use it.
