everything. short staffed, management rude and investigates nurses when they try to help save a co-workers life that is being attacked by a psych patient, patients dying in the waiting room, ER hallways full of patients on stretchers, 6+ patients per nurse and it's impossible to give quality care. lastly, the majority are VERY outspoken liberals, if you dont agree completely with them, youre blacklisted. but overall, i wouldnt take my enemy to this ER/hospital, it's too dangerous.
